Corrective Action(s): Ensure that staff are putting in enough bleach in the sanitizer solution. Violation Score: 5

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: The bay door was open during the inspection. Staff say that they need to keep it open to vent out the AC unit exhaust or else it gets too hot inside. Corrective Action(s): As discussed, place a barrier along the base of the door (at least 12 inches high) to prevent pest entry. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: The paper towel dispensers in the kitchen and bathroom are not being used. Loose towels are being used instead. Corrective Action(s): As discussed, install paper towel dispensers for the new paper towels at both sinks. Violation Score: 1
