Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no bleach in the sanitizer solution in the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that staff are putting in enough bleach in the sanitizer solution.

Observation: The bay door was open during the inspection. Staff say that they need to keep it open to vent out the AC unit exhaust or else it gets too hot inside.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, place a barrier along the base of the door (at least 12 inches high) to prevent pest entry.

Observation: The paper towel dispensers in the kitchen and bathroom are not being used. Loose towels are being used instead.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, install paper towel dispensers for the new paper towels at both sinks.
