Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No QUAT/chlorine sanitizer available during inspection to clean food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Staff made a 200 ppm chlorine solution during inspection. Ensure a sanitizer solution is available at all times to clean and sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observation: A blue hose observed connected to water line with no visible backflow prevention device.
Corrective Action(s): To protect potable water lines from contamination, ensure backflow prevention device is connected to all water hoses. Remove the line or install a backflow prevention device. Have this corrected before the next inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed in corner by back door.
Corrective Action(s): Spray area with 200ppm of chlorine solution. Wear gloves and mask and clean and remove droppings from area. Contact pest control company to monitor the area. To eliminate entry of pests ensure the back door remains closed and seal any gaps and holes.

Food premises closed during Covid-19 but is still making select sweets for sale through orders.

Observations During Inspection:
- Handsinks adequately supplied with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel.
- Coolers achieving temperatures 4 C or below
- Freezers achieving temperatures of -18 C or below
- All lids on food items in cooler and freezer units
- Hair restraints in use
- Back door closed during inspection
- Screen door installed on back door
- Pest proof containers for all dry storage items
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment
- Dish washer not in use during inspection only the two-compartment sink method


NOTE: Unlabeled Badam milk (in bottles) found being sold another facility that claims it was sold from this premises. Staff confirmed that Badam milk in bottles was sold once from this facility. DO NOT SELL Badam milk (liquid or powder) - The sale of dairy products require a dairy licence from BCCDC. Do not sell Badam milk with out the appropriate approvals from Fraser Health and the BCCDC.
