Routine inspection:

Roasting machine serviced and to be reassembled. Target for next roasting session is August/September.

Roasting room on 2nd floor provided with a 2 compartment sink for cleaning. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is good.
Bins for accepting roasting nuts clean in place.
All food products stored off the floor.

Packaging room below received roasted nuts by gravity feed. 2 compartment sink also available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
No issues with sanitation.
Clean in place for packaging machines.
Bleach solution to be prepared when in production. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Warehouse are clean and organized. All food products stored off the floor.
Pest control services in place.
Walk in cooler at 6-7 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored.
