Note: High temperature dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure that it is >71 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse cycle. The owner claimed that the dishwasher is serviced weekly. - Ice maker - clean; a scoop stored safely at the time of inspection. - Food storage - organized, covered, and off the floor. - Surface sanitizer Quat at 200ppm. - Bleach - available. - Fan hood - satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. - Staff washroom clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
