-Follow-up inspection to May 23, 2024.
-Staff members have successfully completed FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training (valid until May 26, 2024).
-Rice cooker has been replaced. Cooking pot was in good condition. Ensure equipment is inspected regularly and replaced as needed.
-West Kitchen area handwash station leak has been repaired. Sink was found to be in good condition.
-Handwash stations in both the East and West Kitchen were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser in the East Kitchen still does not dispenser sanitizer. Department Manger stated the sanitizer is not used at this sink and Quats sanitizer is used at the other sinks in the department. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm at all the other sinks. Facility must either place a sign indicating the sanitizer dispenser is not in use or the dispenser must be removed.
