Observation: - Food debris, coffee grounds, and dirt accumulation noted under and between equipment in the front service area.
- Old spilled food debris accumulation noted under items stored on countertops in front service area (e.g. under tea condiments holder, sugar packets, under syrup containers, etc).
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean the above mentioned area. [Correction Date: August 18, 2017]

Observation: - Large chip/ hole noted on counter between drip coffee machine and coffee sink.
- Caulking is missing/ damaged around service area sinks/ wet areas.
- Cabinet shelving under drip coffee machine has moisture damage, particle board is exposed and no longer easily cleanable.
Corrective Action(s): - Repair/ replace the above noted deficiencies.

- Handsinks supplied with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water.
- Coolers: <4 deg C
- Freezers: ≤-18 deg C
- Interior of ice storage bin, interior of ice machine, and ice scoop appears maintained in a sanitary condition.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 75.5 deg C at dish surface; Final Rinse Gauge read >82 deg C

**Obtain drain plugs for 3-compartment sink to facilitate proper manual washing and sanitizing of equipment that cannot go into the dishwasher.**

- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer available from dispenser. Quats test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm Quats sanitizer.
- Monthly pest control services provided by Abell Pest Control.
- Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company.
- Ensure all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.

Note: Premises has proposed some renovations, floorplans has been submitted to Fraser Health. Renovations cannot take place until floorplans have been approved by FH. Premises will likely be closed during renovations. Temporary set-up may take place - please be advised that Health Approval is required for temporary arrangements. Contact the undersigned to review proposed plans. Written Approval will be granted if there are no issues upon review.
