Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler 2C; freezer -22C; and thermometers present.
- Liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water at hand sink.
- Popcorn machine, nacho cheese warmer or hot dog roller in operation. Equipment clean and in operation during busier periods.
- Slushy machines in working order and deep cleaned monthly. Machine is programmed to defrost and refreeze over night.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. Remove the cardboard on the floor in the back freezer room to prevent the attractant of pests and to allow proper cleaning of the floors on a regular basis.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Foods stored away from non-foods and in covered containers. Ensure all foods (even those in boxes) are stored 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms to allow daily cleaning of the floors.
- Staff use utensils to dispense foods. No expired foods for sale or in use.
- Bleach used as sanitizer. Make a new solution every day in a spray bottles (1 tbsp. bleach per spray bottle of water).
