Observation: Observed small amount of house fly activities on site (near back door and in dining area).
Corrective Action(s): Keep the back door closed to discourage pest from entering. Improve sanitation of the premise to discourage attracting pest. Continue to work with your pest control company and adhere to their recommendation.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The back door was opened at this time. Supervisor closed the back door.

Observation: Heavy grease build up noted under the grill. Observed a use of flattened cardboard boxes to absorb grease.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding noted at 60C or higher.
Temperature log available and in use.
QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm.
3 compartment sink available and fully equipped.
Routine pest control service in place. Reports reviewed on site.

Work order is in place for grease dripping issue with the kitchen ventilation. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions about this report.
