Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): It was no hot water at the time of arrival.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Hot water must be available all the time as soon as the restaurant open for the business.
The operator turned on hot water. Hot water is available now.

Observation: Bar handwashing sink is blocked by the beverage cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the beverage cooler from the bar. The hand sink must be easily accessible all the time for handwashing.

General sanitation - satisfactory.
Coolers (walk in, two prep coolers, upright) < or = to 4C.
Freezer (walk in) < or = to -18C.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Food storage - satisfactory.
Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm of Chlorine solution.
Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm of Chlorine solution.
Dry storage area is satisfactory. Dry food items are stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
Staff washroom - satisfactory.

Bar:
Coolers at 4C.
Hand washing sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
Note: but blocked by the beverage cooler/see violation section.

Recommendation:
- Service all faucets in the kitchen (some dripping or leaking).
- Do not wash utensils and equipment in the cooking line prep. sink. All cleaning must be done at the dishwashing area.
- Clean the fan hood from debris and oil.
