Comments

- All handwash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
- All coolers 4C or less(walk in, prep cooler, milk cooler...etc)
- All freezers -18C or less
- All hot holding 60C or higher (soup, potatoes...etc)
- All stored foods appeared protected (ie. off the ground, covered..etc).
- Lights in food preparation areas had covers/sleeves.
- Ice machine appeared clean with the scoop for the ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No obvious signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Screen in place over open back door at time of inspection.
- Chlorine sanitizer 100ppm in container with cloths submerged.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.6 C (with thermolabel).
- Discussed food safety and sanitation plan revisions with operator at time of inspection. *Please complete and submit within 1 month*
