Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Ice machine: used a paper towel to wipe the interior surfaces, black particulates found on paper (right side).
Correction: Remove and discard all ice. Clean and sanitize the ice machine as per manufacturer's instructions.
Correction date: at the end of the day today.

Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BAWSHL:
Code 301: staff indicated that ice were removed and machine was cleaned with bleach solution and rinsed out.
Code 402: still pending. RE: Food Safe Certification to kitchen staffs.
Code 308: Frost still appeared on the air slits in cooler at the bar. Beverages were 4.5C (tea) /6.0C (tea) /8.0C (milk). Moved all foods out to different cooler. Do no use cooler until repair completed. Correction order issued. Due immediately.
Code 315. Thermometer provided in middle cooler in kitchen. The other coolers have digital temperature readings at the bottom of cooler. Ensure to monitor the temperatures of food regularly as the digital thermometers may not be accurate. Keep records of temperatures.
