- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Three compartment sink available for dishwashing, maintained in sanitary condition
- Quat sanitizer dispensing from main dispenser at 400 ppm. Spray bottle for sanitizer is available. NOTE: Adjust the setting so that the dispenser dispenses sanitizer at 200ppm concentration. If the concentration is more than 400ppm the surfaces need to be rinsed with water to prevent toxicity.
- Cooler measured to be at 4C; cooler unit for drinks is at less than 4C
- Freezer measured to be at -16C
- Pizza hot holding unit not in use at time of inspection
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation excellent
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
