Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement. Rotisserie chickens had surface temperature >60'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. No issues observed from recent records.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-Rotisserie chicken cooler satisfactory. General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Professional pest control in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-General sanitation level of the department satisfactory at this time.

NOTE: One of the shelves under rotisserie oven requires a repair/replacement.
NOTE: Stand up fridge started operating at warmer temperature last Friday. All food products stored in the unit (at >4'C for less than 2 hours) were moved to the walk-in cooler at that time. The unit was left empty at this time. Repair technician coming today. OK.
Ensure to contact the health inspector to notify once the fridge is repaired.
