Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Banana is observed cut in half and stored at room temperature in the drawer in the coffee bar. Staff placed the banana in the under-counter cooler during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All cut fruits and vegetables are considered potentially hazardous and must be stored at or below 4'C to prevent bacerial growth and/or toxin production. Do not store cut vegetables at room temperature.

Observations:
- Under-counter preparation coolers at bar (X2) at 3'C
- Stainless steel cooler at 3'C
- Stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Glass door cooler at 2'C
*NOTE: temperature logs are not maintained. Ensure to maintain temperature logs as per approved food safety plan
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 81'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
*REMINDER: ensure ice machine scoop is placed outside the ice machine in sanitary container to prevent potential contamination of ice
- No signs of pests during inspection
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site
