Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat Department/Produce Department: Soiled implements are not being properly cleaned and disinfected after use. Items are not being stored properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces are being cleaned and disinfected after use. All cleaned items are to be stored in a manner in order to prevent post contamination. (ie: storage holders/shelves, etc)

- Manual Dishwashing: See Violation Notes.
- Al food contact surfaces are to be washed and disinfected after use or on a routine basis. (Quat based sanitizer noted.) Manufacturers directions are to be followed.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: (Bakery) Allowed to be utilized by all departments.
- Food Storage: Stock rotation discussed. Monitoring of expiration dates discussed. Display storage heights discussed.
- Meat cooler: Walk in cooler shelves rusted. Repair/replace.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Chemical Storage: Ok.
- Garbage, Recycling and Composting Area:
- Any unused items are to be removed to free up space. All garbage/debris is to be stored in covered, rodent proof bins.
- Primo Water Filtration Unit is to be maintained as per manufacturers/suppliers specifications.
- Sanitation: All departments are to be kept clean and organized, including work surfcaes. Any unused items are to be removed to free up space. (ie: Meat cooler)
- Pest Control: Active monitoring program in place. Reports reviewed. Exterior door sweeps are to be kept in good repair.
