Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsink is intended for handwashing only and must not be used for anything else.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a staff washing hands with a glove on.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwashing is done properly, with no gloves. Staff needs to take off glove for handwashing and put on a new set of gloves after handwashing if needed.

-->floor and wall in beverage walk-in cooler
-->floor at bar (broken glass noted at corner)

*2-door cooler at pizza station noted at 5.9oC air temperature; however, food temperatures noted at 3oC. Monitor cooler and do not use if temperature is over 4oC.

Note:
1. Ensure temperatures of coolers are monitored and recorded in log
2. The facility has been following previous inspector's suggestion to keep in-use utensils in sanitizer and change every 2 hours. New in-use utensils policy suggests placing utensils in empty container or in ice bath and change every 4 hours. Facility must follow new direction.
