Leak noted in dishwasher pipe. Operator stated it started leaking this morning and will be repaired by evening. Dishwasher's sanitizing ability not affected chlorine concentration tested 100ppm approximately
Correction: Repair dishwasher leak, continue monitoring chlorine concentration to ensure dishware is being properly sanitized

- All handsinks supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap, paper towel
- Sanitizer buckets measured > 200ppm chlorine. Ensure that it is maintained around 100ppm chlorine and that cloths are stored in sanitizer when not in use
- All coolers measured 4 deg.C or below
- All freezers measured -18 deg.C or below
- All hot holding units measured 60 deg.C or above
- No other signs of pests noted. Pest control service is provided monthly Ensure paper copies of inspection reports are kept on site for review
- Staff are FoodSafe certified
