Comments

Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. All coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Freezers were at or below-18 deg C. High temp dishwasher reached 73.4 deg C at plate surface. Temperature log was available and up to date. Active pest control in place - however, there were some flies and ants noted at time of inspection. Also, get pest control technician to check on white bugs noted in the drain at the coffee bar. Dining room area and washrooms were in sanitary condition.
