Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wisk in preparation area above the preparation counter observed broken and not in good working order. Staff voluntarily discarded the wisk during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Replace any broken equipment to ensure fragments of the broken equipment do not physically contaminate food. Ensure all equipment and utensils are in good working order to prevent potential physical and chemical contamination to food.

- Hot-holding units measured at >60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 79.1'C at plate surface
- 2-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs
- Washrooms kept in good sanitary condition
- All food stored covered at least 6 inches off the floor
- Raw meat stored away from ready-to-eat foods
- Equipment and utensils stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Staff observed wearing gloves and clean uniforms
- Health permit visible at front service area
