- Facility in GOOD sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 (74) Degrees Celsius at the dish
- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment
- FOODSAFE Level One Equivalency trained staff present during inspection

NOTE: Staff indicated the main spray bottle of sanitizer is used for both front and kitchen. Use a designated sanitizer solution for kitchen use only. Do not use between rooms as one bottle of sanitizer may end up in the washroom and then back to the kitchen.
