Routine inspection with the presence of manager. - General sanitation was Good. - Handsinks fully supplied with hot/cold running water, hand soap, and paper towel. - Milk coolers, walk in cooler < 4 C - Ice cream chest freezer adn upright freezer, back room upright freezer, Freezers < -19C - Temperature logs well maintained. - Slurpee dispensers and coffee machine observed in sanitary condition - Diversey surface sanitizer used to sanitize the surfaces according to the company's instruction. - No pest activity observed during inspection.
