Routine Inspection - Hand sink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. - All coolers ambient air temperature below 4 degree C. Clean the walk in cooler fan grills regularly. - Walk in freezer -16 C.Monitor and ensure freezer temperature is at or below -18 C - Sanitizer pail quipped with 200 ppm QUATs - High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of above 72 C on dish surface - Ice scoops stored in a sanitary manner - Meat slicer cleaned and sanitized after use - No sigh of pests - General sanitation satisfactory. Reminder: Store chemicals away from food utensils (pots in the storage room) Reminder: Do not leave scoops in bulk food.
