HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 6
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Fruit flies still around, but at a minor level.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to use walk and walk product with foaming applicator to drains and priority areas. Beverage dispensing area is the primary breeding environment. Ensure clean up is thorough and complete on daily basis.
**Recommend the garbage container in this area is cleaned daily (including trolly), the base is sprayed with wash and walk product, and a fixed lid is in place to reduce general activity.
**Continue to explore and clean up residual damp and beverage enriched areas (drip tray and line) and perhaps cap off drain lines when not in use.
Violation Score: 3

309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
Observation: Sani-buckets not consistently filled with quats solution. Quats spray bottles not in good working order.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sani-buckets contain quats at 200 ppm at all times when in use. If soap and/or water is desired for a particular application, use an alternative bucket or container. Green coloured containers are available and used for non-sanitizing applications.
**Obtain a new set of replacement quats spray bottles.
Violation Score: 3

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
Comments

New and brighter lights installed in both walk-in units. Good.
Dishwasher at 74 C at plate. OK.
Walk-in coolers below 4C, Freezer below -18 C.
**Note: Prep cooler base 1 C, but top inserts 6 to 8 C. Move meats to lower section until at or below 4 C. **Recommend removing double inserts, especially plastic inserts above stainless steel. This may be contributing to an insulation effect with products under lid and inhibiting the proper exchange of temperatures.
**Note: ensure temp logs maintained, especially the display cooler in beverage area.
