- Hand sink fully stocked.
* Ensure that adequate supply of paper towels are available for all hand washing stations.
- Quat Sanitizer 200 ppm provided in Spray bottles
* Label the Sanitizer bottle to indicate contents. All chemicals must be labeled.
* Remove Carpet from dishwashing area.
To prevent slipping hazards, you may provide a rubber mat. Correct by ----> Sep 30, 2016.

Temperature logs maintained but not consistent -> follow your food Safety plan regarding logging temperatures.

Pizza sauce - good for 10 hrs at room temperature and discarded after.
