- All handsinks are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers are less than 4C
- Food storage practices are satisfactory, all stored food is well covered
- Pet turtle is not brought on site.
- The exhaust canopy is cleaned and all grease is removed, baffles are cleaned and sanitized. NOTE: Area behind the cookline still has some grease. Clean and maintain sanitary condition or call professional company for deep cleaning which is due in November
- NOTE: Flies are observed in dishwashing area and area close to mop sink. Follow adequate cleaning procedures and call pest control company.
