Dishwasher has been assessed - regulator broken. This machine can be used to wash, but NOT sanitize. You must manually sanitize using the bleach sanitizer prepared Sanitizer available in 3 compartment sink at time of inspection - tested at 100ppm. Good New door sweep has been installed at back kitchen door (previous one fell off) Cleaning has been done as requested Pest control came on site as requested **Bins still needed for large dry products on shelf, as discussed.
