Note: Front blue plastic bucket must be with sanitizer (if the lunch is over, and in the bucket so much organic matter - change it immediately; because sanitizer is depleted and almost = 0).
Friendly reminder about the paper towel dispenser - please, service it or replace for a different one which is not required extra care.
Very important -Do not keep any thing in the hand sink;
Note:Observed a big container with rice in the microwave - reheating (but temperature bellow 60.0 C), If no proof for how long it's in the microwave - must be discarded. Reheating must be properly done; and food has to be transferred in a hot holding unit.
