-Follow-up inspection to Feb 5, 2018.
-Walk-in cooler was serviced and thermostat was replaced. Cooler unit was at 3C to 4C.
-Soup broth is made daily and the majority is used during lunch. Extra broth is cooled using ice - broth in cooler was probed at 4C.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were at 200ppm.
-Raw foods were stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the dry storage area.
