Overall sanitation is clean and organized Hand sink is stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold running water available at all sinks Cooler at 4 C or lower Freezer at -18 C or lower Low temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 100ppm of chlorine; dish racks are now purchased and in use Bleach sanitizer bottle on site and in use; detected >200ppm. Have 1/4 tea spoon of bleach per litre of water to get appropriate concentration No sign of pests noted. **Observed a bag of organic garbage stored on floor beside the garbage can. Although no sign of pests are noted, operator must store all disposables in appropriate containers**
