Routine paper inspection #256715. Premise overall is sanitary. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand washing sinks in use with liquid soap and paper towels. Note: Ensure to refill paper station at glass washer when station opens. Food protected from contamination. Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C. Glass washer final rinse at 12.5 ppm at the plate. Signage to staff to check sanitizer daily - good. 400 ppm Quat sanitizer in use in spray bottles. Permit posted at bar area.
