- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition
- Hot and cold running water supplied to sinks
- Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers were operating at required temperature (4C or colder)
- Freezers were maintaining products in a frozen state
- Hot held pizza was maintained at 60C or above
- Temperatures are checked three times daily. Records present.
- Food stored in a manner to protect against contamination.
- Three compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing. Quats sanitizer present in compartment for sanitizing step measured 200ppm. Test strips present to verify.
- Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedures for vegetable slicer and dough sheeter. Proper steps followed - wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry
- Quats sanitizer present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- Pest control contract in place with regular service
- No signs of pest infestation noted
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of the inspection
- Staff/public washroom maintained with liquid soap and hand dryer
