Observation: Handling of raw chicken next to dishwashing sink poses cross contamination risk. Utensils that are washed & sanitized are placed right next to raw chicken.
Corrective Action(s): Physical separation is required between where cleaned utenils are stored and where handling of raw chicken take place. The manager on site informed that she will contact a contractor to find a solution.

- Foods are stored off of floor & in pest proof containers
- Internal temperatures of cooked foods are checked with probe thermometers
- Designated employees for battering & frying to reduce cross contamination
