Routine:
-Overall sanitation satisfactory
-The only sink in the facility is stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot and cold running water
-Fridge and freezer beside oven temperature measured at 4 C and -15 C
-Fridge and freezer across the room from the oven measured at 2 C and -16 C
-QUAT 200 ppm sanitizer from the main kitchen brought down for usage
-Dishwasher in good working order; 50 ppm of chlorine detected after final rinse.
-No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection

***Hole in wall noted under sink in wall where pipes come through. All walls should be smooth, durable, easy to clean and prevent possible pest entry into kitchen. Maintenance person said it will be added to a work order.
