Assisted living facility, domestic style kitchen with domestic/household appliances. Facility currently has 5 residents.
Kitchen has a domestic upright cooler/freezer: cooler at 3.6 deg C, freezer at --16 deg C
Separate room has another domestic upright cooler/freezer: cooler at 3.2 deg C, freezer at -14 deg C
Chest freezer at -19 deg C
Thermometers present in all coolers and freezers
2 compartment sink also serves as their handsink (previously approved)--> handsink has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels (keep paper towels close to the sink)
Domestic dishwasher available on site, ensure to use sanitizer cycle for all dishes
Bleach water spray sanitizer at 200 ppm chlorine residual
General sanitation good, no signs of pests observed at time of inspection
Owner/operator is on site and has FoodSafe certificate, newly renewed, and expires in May 2023
