Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No QUATs sanitizer solution available for manual warewashing via 2-compartment sink. No sanitizer spray bottles available to sanitize food contact surfaces. Staff unaware of sanitation requirement for food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine sanitizer spray bottle to measure between 100-200ppm. Provided 2-compartment sink manual warewashing poster to eduate staff on sanitation requirement for food contact surfaces. Depending on corporate standards obtain QUATs sanitizer solution (KayQUAT solution) or continue using bleach solution. Ensure bleach solution is readily prepared and available. Educate staff on proper manual warewashing indicated by poster given by inspector.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
2-compartment sink available. Handwashing sink is apart of the 2-compartment sink.
Stand-up coolers, display coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Sandwiches observed to be within best before date.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility observed to be well maintained.
