*Licensing went on-site unannounced and attempted to complete the follow-up inspection on July 20th and July 22nd 2022. However, there was no response at the door during these times.
At the follow-up inspection dated July 25, 2022, there were 3 children and the manager was present.
During the follow-up inspection, Licensing reviewed and observed the following:
- Record of the monthly fire drills and annual emergency drills
- Emergency supplies
- Attendance record
- Photograph/digital images of children on file
- Storing of cleaning products in the bathroom
All contraventions have now been corrected by the manager.
