Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-D3CUCX:

> At the last follow-up inspection, the floor tiles around the gelato machines had been replaced. At the time of inspection, staff were in the process of changing them back to tiles of matching pattern/colour. Upon this visit, the replaced tile had cracked again. Staff are in the process of obtaining more tiles to be properly installed by a trained technician. Send photos of replaced tile to EHO when complete.

> Deep cleaning of the kitchen and production room is required. Food debris identified during the routine inspection is still observed today - especially under the coolers and freezers in the production room, and under/between/behind equipment in the kitchen.
> All shift members must be made aware of the responsibility to properly clean after the shift. There should be time allotted at the end of the shifts dedicated for cleaning.
> Do not forget about hard to see/reach areas such as the corners behind equipment.

Sanitation must be improved for the next routine inspection to take place in 3 months.
