Observation: Washroom is currently out of order as handwash sink does not have hot water. Operator is waiting for a hot water tank replacement.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, staff must use the handwash station in the kitchen, which is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Follow up inspection conducted:
Handsink in kitchen is no longer blocked, and is equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
There is now a plastic partition in the 2 compartment sink so that one side can be used for handwashing and the other side can be used for vegetable washing/prep
As discussed, if you want to keep your fly trap/light, please ensure that it is not placed on top or near any food prep surfaces. Staff discussed having it mounted on a shelf- this is acceptable
