-Follow-up inspection to July 21, 2020.
-Handwash stations in the kitchen and washroom we supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ensure all staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom). Technician will come by again today to verify cooler is functioning properly. Monitor cooler and ensure it can maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was at 200ppm.
-Knives were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Chef to register and complete FOODSAFE Level 1. While waiting to complete FOODSAFE Level 1, ensure staff are scheduled to ensure at least one staff member has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
