Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-ATYTW4:

- Surface sanitizers were available in spray bottles at 200ppm Quat solution in the main kitchen and the serving area.
- The main handwashing station was stocked with soap and paper towels.
- The main handwashing station is kept easily accessible. No large equipment (ie grinder) was placed directly in front of the handwashing sink.
- Most food items (ie. dry food) stored in plastic containers with lids.
- Sanitation has improved throughout the kitchen in the areas noted in the previous report.
- The work table has been moved and does not block access to the upright freezer.
- More wire racks will be installed to store plates and utensils.
- Ensure to obtain new chlorine and Quat test strips to monitor the low temperature dishwasher and the surface sanitizers.
