Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JFEN-AXSSG2 of Apr-13-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Dishwasher detergent bucket was empty at time of inspection. Ensure that counters and cuttingboards are being sanitized throughout the day and between tasks. Sanitizer bottle was measured and found to have 100 PPM Quat residual. Ensure that dispenser flushed prior to filling bottles.)

Empty bucket of dishwasher detergent has been replaced at dishwasher. Minor cleaning has been carried out. Open bags of rice and flour now being stored in bins. Splashguard at mop sink has been ordered.
