Observation: 1) Droppings noted in 2 areas: corner behind pest proof containers, and corner next to standup warmer.
2) Food debris and dust noted under equipment storage shelf by dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove droppings followed by sanitizing the area with bleach solution.
2) Clean up food debris and dust. This will help to prevent attracting pests into the kitchen.

Note: kitchen has not been in use to prepare food for members since COVID pandemic. Currently used only for staff meals.

Routine
> Handsink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> Bleach available for sanitizer solution. Please ensure it is 100-200ppm for food contact surfaces.
> Dishwasher not in use at the time. Please ensure it can achieve a final rinse temperature of 71C at the plate.
> No hot holding at the time.
> Pest control services are provided monthly by Bugbusters Pest Control. Last report from October 20 reviewed with no concerns.
> Overall storage and organization in the kitchen was well maintained.
> General sanitation satisfactory.
