Handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap & paper towel.
- Coolers - upright, glass cooler, undercounter cooler - measured at temperature less than 4C. Thermometers are available.
- Freezer unit is functional and measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding unit for rice is measured at greater than 60C.
- Bleach solution available in a bucket and spray bottle and measured at 100 ppm chlorine residual. N
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- Foodsafe certification is verified at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Small counter top oven has been added to warm or heat pita bread only
