Follow up inspection are repairs completed due to kitchen flood.

Premise is sanitary. All water impacted materials are cleaned and sanitized.
Hot and cold water available.
Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available.
Food protected from contamination. Storage is satisfactory.
Equipment in good working order.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
3-compartment sink in use. Quat sanitizer in use at 200 to 400 ppm.
New dishwasher installed.
Dishwasher final rinse at 76C and above at the plate 82C display on manifold.
Chemical test strips and logs available.
Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Posted above cooler door.
Display cooler and walk in coolers at 4C and below. Walk in freezer at -19C.

Note: One of the deli hand washing station needs to be refilled for paper towels and cleaning required.
Dead flies observed on this hand washing station. Wash and sanitize station before use.

One counter cooler is not plugged in but not in use.
Ensure all cooler units in use are at 4C and below and all hot holding units at 60C and above when in service.

Facility in compliance. Approval issued by Fraser Health to reopen for service.
