Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Specialty buns (ie. BBQ Pork Buns, Coconut Cream Buns, Red Bean Paste Buns, etc) noted storing at room temperature without time tracking. Staff indicated specialty buns come in every morning.
Corrective Action(s): Specialty buns like the ones listed above are considered potentially hazardous foods and therefore must be kept in cooler at all times, or if storing at room temperature with proper time tracking.
Manager indicated buns will be kept in cooler from now on. Buns that are stored at room temperature since this morning are discarded.
