Follow-up inspection conducted to verify the switch to single-use utensils and removal of the broken dishwasher. The high temp dishwasher has been removed from the facility. Re-usable cutlery has been removed from the facility. Ample supply of single-use take-out containers is available. Broken domestic cooler has also been removed from the facility. The leaking sinks have been repaired. The loose faucet in the hand washing sink at the front has been repaired. 2-compartment sink is available with plugs. The only dishes to wash are small cooking utensils and a medium sized wok (fits in the sink). Bleach is available. NOTE: one of the plugs is quite worn out. Obtain new plugs to ensure adequate sanitation. There are 10 dine-in seats open. Excess chairs have been taped up and put aside. Submit the new application form to the inspector within 2 business days to confirm the service changes on your Permit.
