- Dishwasher was replaced on February 10th. Facility was reopened for business the same evening (dinner).
- Final temperature of dishwasher was 78 degrees C at the plate.
- Prep-cooler was repaired and is at 2 degrees C.
- Area around the hand sink was made clear i.e. easier to access. Liquid soap and paper towels available for use.
