Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BD8QDH: Interior of ice machine thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Temperature monitoring records maintained and now available for review. 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. General sanitation is good.
