Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again observed drink mix powders stored directly under sink at the front bar area

NOTE: this infraction was also cited in the January 2020 inspection
Corrective Action(s): Do not store foods directly under sinks as the pipes have a tendency to leak non-potable water

Place a sign there as a reminder

Operator is Daily Monitoring log temperatures

General Sanitation good -No signs of pests, goods off the floor
NOTE: no active pest monitoring is occurring -you should be placing mechanical traps throughout the facility such as sticky, live, or snap traps

Handsinks adequately stocked and clear for use

Reviewed COVID-19 Protocol:
-**No Safety Plan is available -all businesses must have a COVID-19 Safety Plan completed and posted at the worksite/website -provided WorkSafeBC template -email to me within 2 business days to verify it is completed
-Dining area closed and public washroom only for employees temporarily
NOTE: the tables should be marked off "Do not use" otherwise you will need to disinfect it when customers use it
