Corrective Action(s): Jug was changed during inspection and glasswasher was at 50ppm Chlorine. Ensure Glasswasher is checked daily like dishwasher and logged. Violation Score: 5

The area of the bar needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized as well as the equipment and bar lines. Once traps are full, remove and replace with new sticky fly traps. Have pest control provide support on other methods of removing the fruit flies. by Jan 23/23 Violation Score: 3
